The last weekend in January was awesome. The weather was great (50 degrees) so Jeff and I decided to walk to Hillsboro Village and eat at Pancake Pantry. Of course, the line was long but it was worth the wait. We had a great time but the most interesting thing that happened was that Jeff had a Taylor Swift sighting ( I saw her too). Now, if you know Jeff, he is not one to follow mainstream pop music so the fact that he saw her and pointed her out was quite funny. The day was filled with fun and we saw many of our good friends throughout the day. I hope we have many more of these fun filled days when Jackson arrives.
